What Happens During The Course?

In each lesson your child will be given tasks to complete. All you have to do is facilitate the process and make sure that these tasks are completed. Many of our Members continue the strategies taught in the lesson throughout the week. As this will help create long lasting learning change. The courses are designed to create a fun learning environment, where the kids are engaged and interested in what they are learning.

The key component of is self regulation. There is growing evidence that many children, especially those at risk of developing a learning difficulty, begin school without self regulation. Self regulation is the key to learning. It is the ability to stop doing something if needed, and to start doing something if needed.

What Do I Need To Know To Start?

You are pretty much ready to start now! Everything you need to know about doing the course with your child will be told to you in the course. At the start of each lesson there is 5 minuets for you known as the ‘Teach Section’. This is when you are taught about the components that will be delivered in the lesson and why they are important to your child’s education. You are also free to watch the entire lesson in advance before having your child sit down and do it. The is so that you can be fully across all the activities (completely optional). Ultimately you are there to supervise and guide your child. Helping when help is needed. Like pausing the video if your child needs a bit more time.
